All orders are shipped from Sweden.

Because vintage and antique items vary significantly in size, weight, value and fragility, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the final packed dimensions, weight, destination and required packaging.

After entering your postal code, the exact shipping cost is displayed immediately before payment.

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs duties, import taxes and related fees are prepaid by us — there are no additional charges upon delivery, regardless of destination or carrier.

Smaller parcels are shipped with PostNord. Larger or bulky items, including furniture, are shipped with UPS or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the final package size, weight and destination to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Shipping areas

We ship within the European Union and internationally, including the USA, Canada, Switzerland and Australia.

Large furniture and oversized items

For large furniture and oversized items, custom-made protective packaging, including the manufacture of necessary packing materials, is included in the shipping calculation.

Multiple item purchases

If you wish to purchase multiple items in one order, please contact us before checkout. In many cases, we can offer a combined and more cost-effective shipping solution.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days.

Processing time may vary due to: item size or weight, fragile or oversized items requiring special packaging, furniture or custom crating, holiday periods or high order volume.

Processing time refers only to order preparation and does not include transit time.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Guidelines Only)

Delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.

EU: approximately 3–12 business days USA & Canada: approximately 7–21 business days UK: approximately 5–14 business days Rest of world: approximately 10–30 business days

Delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes or carrier-related issues.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs duties, import taxes and related fees are prepaid by us. There are no additional charges upon delivery — to any destination, via any carrier.

4. Delays, Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once a shipment has been dispatched, we are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft or damage occurring during transit, or customs processing times. We will assist with claims when possible.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or additional shipping costs resulting from address errors. If a shipment is returned due to address issues or non-collection, re-shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination.
