1. Types of Products We Offer

Our store includes two categories of items:

A. Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

These pieces are authentic vintage or antique items, often many years old.
They may show signs of age such as patina, scratches, wear, color variations, or other minor imperfections.
These characteristics reflect the history of the item and are not considered defects.

Vintage items are sold as-is, without warranty, except where required by law.

B. New Handcrafted Items (such as wall clocks)

These items are newly made and handcrafted by Euvintagegallery.
Small variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
New items include the limited warranty described below.

2. Limited Warranty for New Items

This warranty applies only to new, handcrafted products.

We offer a 30-day limited warranty covering:

  • manufacturing defects

  • structural defects

  • functional issues present at delivery

The warranty does not cover:

  • misuse or improper handling

  • impact, drops, or physical shock

  • exposure to moisture, heat, or chemicals

  • battery corrosion

  • unauthorized repairs or modifications

Vintage items are not included in this warranty.

3. Returns and Refunds

A. Vintage Items

All sales of vintage items are final, unless we explicitly approve a return in writing.

B. New Handcrafted Items

Returns for new items are accepted only if:

  • the product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • the wrong item was delivered

If a return is approved, the buyer must:

  • return the item in its original packaging

  • ensure it is unused and undamaged

  • ship it within 14 days

  • pay all return shipping costs

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) returns will be refused.

4. Electrical Items (Vintage Lamps and Lighting)

Vintage electrical items are sold as decorative objects.

If a buyer chooses to use a vintage electrical item functionally, they agree to:

  • have it inspected and approved by a licensed electrician before use

  • ensure compliance with local voltage and electrical requirements

  • make any necessary adaptations (plug conversion, rewiring, grounding, etc.)

Euvintagegallery is not responsible for injury, fire, malfunction, or property damage resulting from the use of vintage electrical items.

Purchasing a vintage electrical item means the buyer accepts full responsibility for its inspection, installation, adaptation, and use.

5. International Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and brokerage charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packages returned due to unpaid duties or unclaimed delivery will not be refunded.

Customs delays do not qualify for cancellation of the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We package all items securely and ship using reliable carriers.

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier:

  • the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery

  • we are not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage in transit

Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.

The buyer must provide:

  • a complete and accurate shipping address

  • a working phone number (required for international delivery)

Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or missing contact information will require additional payment for re-shipping.

7. Agreement

By placing an order with Euvintagegallery, the buyer acknowledges that:

  • vintage items are sold as-is

  • new handcrafted items include a 30-day limited warranty

  • all sales of vintage items are final

  • duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • vintage electrical items must be inspected by a licensed electrician before use

  • accurate delivery information must be provided

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
