A pair of vintage Swedish table lamp bases in solid pine, most likely from the 1970s.
Each lamp has a turned baluster-shaped stem with rings and a rounded knop, set on a round pine base. The pine shows a strong, warm grain with deep amber growth rings. The pair is a close match, with small natural differences in the grain and turning that are typical of hand-turned wood.
The lamps are sold without shades, so you can choose shades that suit your room. Each socket has a threaded ring for fitting a European-style shade. Shades shown in the styled photos are for illustration only and are not included.
Measurements (each): height 35 cm (13.8 in), base diameter 14 cm (5.5 in).
Condition: good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age, small marks on the bases and small dark specks on one socket ring. Please see all photos for details.
Original wiring: the lamps have their original European 230 V E27 sockets, cords and inline switches. They have not been tested and are not UL certified. Please have a licensed electrician check or rewire them before use.
