A solid pine wall sconce from Sweden, built like a small slatted box: wide and narrow vertical boards alternate on every side, held together by thin horizontal cross pieces and framed top and bottom with a simple pine rim. The open top sends the light up the wall, while the slatted sides give a soft, layered glow – a calm, cabin-like light for a bedside, a hallway or a reading corner.

The pine has deepened to a rich honey tone over the years, and the strong, wavy grain makes every board different. It sits naturally in Scandinavian, Japandi and cabin-style interiors.
