A hand-turned solid teak table lamp in the form of a water pump, crafted in Sweden in 1972 — marked T.M-72 on the underside. The lamp is switched on and off by pressing the pump handle inward, making the mechanism integral to the form rather than added as an afterthought.

CONDITION
The original fabric shade is included — a domed bell shape with six curved panels in dusty rose printed with a delicate cream floral motif, finished with rust-toned braided trim at the top edge and a generous deep pink silk fringe along the lower hem.
